Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities

Credit Assessment & Underwriting

• Evaluate LAP applications, analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and relevant documentation
• Determine loan eligibility based on creditworthiness and organizational policies
• Approve or recommend actions on loan applications within delegated authority

Risk Management & Compliance

• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, tracking delinquency and recovery metrics
• Ensure all credit operations comply with internal lending policies and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain credit risk management frameworks and controls

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide guidance and training to credit officers and team members
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve business targets and maintain portfolio quality

Market & Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management
• Advise management on emerging risks and opportunities in the LAP segment
