Credit Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Credit Manager to lead our Credit and Collection department. This is a rare opportunity for a finance professional to build a global career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing credit and collection policies, managing credit risk to ensure sustained business growth, and providing leadership to the credit team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and review credit & collection policies to align with current business, industry, and economic requirements.
• Analyze and manage the credit management tool in line with the credit policy.
• Clearly communicate the credit policy to the organization through training and internal communications.
• Balance risks and opportunities when assessing customer needs and the company's risk exposure.
• Ensure new accounts are correctly assessed and processed efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with credit policy & internal controls to meet all legislative requirements.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the credit team to drive high performance.

Skills Required

• Qualified CA or MBA in Finance/International Business Economics.
• A graduation degree in Commerce or Accounting is preferred.
• A Rank Holder CA or MBA from a premier B School will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence business decision-making.
• The ability to maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external clients, and internal colleagues.
• Advanced level knowledge in Excel and BI (Business Intelligence).
• Must be internationally mobile and ready for a multinational career.
