Job Description

Role Overview

The Credit Card Sales Professional will manage and drive credit card sales through a team of 50 members, ensuring achievement of monthly targets, customer acquisition, and cross-selling of financial products. The role involves consultative selling across multiple channels, team management, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive credit card sales across Retail, Corporate, Branch, Venue, and other acquisition channels.
  • Execute all sales activities, including lead generation, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads.
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions with MIS analysis.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as Loans Against Salary (LAS), Personal Loans (PL), Insurance, Savings Accounts, and other third-party products.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, business targets, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Engage with channel partners to build relationships and enhance customer acquisition experience.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sales.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve business targets.
  • Experience in multi-channel sales and cross-selling financial products.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
