Creative Video Producer | Brand Marketing

• Plan and produce engaging video content (shorts, reels, explainers, testimonials, etc.) for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Own the full production cycle: scripting, planning shoots, managing the crew, and supervising edits
• Coordinate with school teams to schedule and execute timely shoots
• Work with internal creative/writing teams or develop content independently when needed
• Shoot and edit content hands-on when required (especially short-form content)
• Source and manage external vendors or freelancers as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all video formats and styles
• Ideate campaign-specific video strategies aligned with brand and performance goals

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in video production with a strong showreel (including short-form content)
• Proven experience producing content for social media (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong camera and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Excellent project management and team leadership abilities
• Great sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal
• Experience working with child-centric content or educational brands (preferred)
• Ability to independently manage shoots and troubleshoot on the go
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with school staff and manage expectations
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects with quick turnarounds

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics or animation knowledge
• Experience working with influencer or user-generated content
• Knowledge of trends in child/family/education content online
