Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Creative Strategy & Delivery Lead the creative direction across campaigns, academic visuals, social media, digital platforms, print materials, and events
  • Ensure on-time and high-quality design delivery across business and academic units
  • Implement visual storytelling techniques to improve learner comprehension and brand recall
  • Data-Driven Design & Content Volume Use analytics to measure performance of creatives (CTR, engagement, etc) and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain high-volume, high-quality content pipelines for academic sessions, promotional campaigns, YouTube, and paid ads
  • Standardize design templates for recurring content types
  • Brand Development & Visual Consistency Uphold and evolve the brand identity of the institution across all media
  • Regularly audit creative outputs to ensure brand consistency in typography, colour palette, iconography, and tone
  • Develop visual style guides and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with academic teams to create visuals for explainer videos, online lessons, and e-books
  • Work closely with performance marketing, sales, and product teams to fulfil creative requirements aligned to campaign objectives
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to align creative strategy with broader organizational goals
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and motion graphic artists
  • Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs to upskill the team
  • Build a strong hiring pipeline and contribute to the creative team s growth
  • Thumbnail & Visual Content Performance Create and test multiple thumbnail versions for video campaigns to optimize click-through rates
  • Study audience behaviour and performance insights to iterate design for higher engagement
  • Innovation & Trend Integration Explore and implement new design formats (D, animation, AI tools) for academic and marketing materials
  • Stay abreast of design and tech trends in EdTech, YouTube content, and UI/UX
  • Design Archive & Asset Management Build and maintain a centralized, tagged, and easily searchable design repository
  • Ensure files are stored using consistent naming conventions and folder structures for reuse and version control
  • Event & Campaign Design Oversight Lead the creative vision for academic webinars, product launches, offline events, and student engagement initiatives
  • Supervise production of all collaterals including banners, posters, certificates, and social media promotions
  • Project Management & Quality Assurance Establish timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress of multiple design projects
  • Implement review systems to reduce rework and ensure alignment with brief and expectations
  • Vendor and Tool Management Coordinate with external creative agencies, freelancers, and print vendors when needed
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new design tools, stock libraries, or plugins to improve productivity
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Visual Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
