Creative Alchemist - Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of visual communication, brand identity, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have experience working in design houses or advertising agencies, and be proficient in creating compelling visuals across various digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visuals and layouts based on provided copy and campaign concepts
• Design to high professional standards, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment
• Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives during brainstorming and ideation sessions
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns, brand identity, and multi-channel communication
• Produce illustrations, photo manipulations, typographic layouts, and unique visual styles
• Design client-facing mockups, presentations, and PowerPoint decks
• Work across a variety of mediums including:
• Identity design
• Brand personality and language
• Communication tone
• Social media plans
• Website UI (visual direction)
• Print materials (stationery, brochures, advertisements, etc.)
• Understand the target audience to ensure visual output aligns with campaign goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both internally and with clients

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or BFA in Design from a recognized School of Arts
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in a design house or advertising agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across media
• Ability to take creative direction and execute it effectively
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating unique, high-quality design work
