Salesforce CPQ Developer & Lead

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience on Salesforce
• Minimum 2 years of experience on Salesforce CPQ or any other CPQ platform and Data Migration

Skills

• Minimum 1 full cycle project implementation experience on Salesforce CPQ or any other CPQ platform
• Hands-on experience of working on Salesforce CPQ projects for minimum 2 years
• Proficiency in setting up product bundles, pricing, discounts, advanced approvals, quote templates, orders and contracts etc.
• In-depth knowledge of key CPQ processes and other allied processes. Salesforce Sales cloud knowledge is preferable.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external applications like Billing, Product Master, Order Manager etc.
• Should have participated in deployment and data migration of CPQ components
• Should have a strong experience in agile way of working
• Should possess good communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Configure solutions using Salesforce CPQ platform by adhering to Salesforce best practices
• Customize applications to support critical business needs which are not possible using configuration
• Support integration of Salesforce with external systems
• Understand business requirements and convert them to technical specifications
• Interact with clients, business users and team members to understand project objectives, business requirements and provide innovative solutions to customer requirements.
• Communicate with project manager, scrum master and project team to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration.

Certifications

• Salesforce CPQ (Preferable)
• Salesforce Administrator (Must have if not CPQ certified)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud (Good to have)
• Salesforce Service Cloud (Good to have)
• Any other CPQ product certification
