• Translate learning curriculum, design documents, and SME input into detailed course outlines using approved templates and standards.

• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training content.

• Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs across time zones and seniority levels.

• Coach and support learning developers, reviewing their work for quality and consistency.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across deliverables through cross-team collaboration.

• Design training content specifically for SAP S/4HANA and/or Kinaxis Maestro modules.
