Course and Content Manager

We are seeking a Course and Content Manager to design syllabi and create engaging content for music courses, including Indian and Western vocals, Guitar, Piano, Keyboard, and others. You will be responsible for ensuring the material is learner-friendly, creative, and aligned with company standards. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in teaching and learning management, a strong grasp of Indian and Western music traditions, and a passion for making music education accessible and enjoyable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Syllabus Design: Develop detailed, structured syllabi tailored to each genre and instrument, including Indian and Western vocals, Guitar, Piano, Keyboard, Ukulele, Light Music, and Bollywood Music.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content in text, audio, and video formats. Ensure the material is learner-friendly, creative, and aligned with company standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with instructors and musicians to refine course content and ensure its quality and relevance.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in teaching and learning management.
