Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers at the counter by addressing queries and providing effective resolutions.
- Information & Guidance: Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and provide necessary information about products or services.
- Order Management: Record customer orders accurately, provide appropriate quotations, and maintain all related details in the system.
- Customer Courtesy: Treat all customers with respect, patience, and professionalism to ensure a positive experience.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer information, orders, pricing, and quotations, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
- Follow-up & Problem Resolution: Follow up on customer orders, resolve issues proactively, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Quotation Provision: Prepare and provide accurate quotations for products or services as required.
