Counselor

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as time management, study skills, and career development.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with educational systems and policies.
