Counselor

Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide expert guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to promote student well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics related to student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community members.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
