Job Description

Role Purpose:

The SSAO plays a key role in student enrolment, onboarding, and providing a seamless and satisfying student journey at AESL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets via counselling and cross/up-selling AESL programs.
  • Ensure timely fee collections.
  • Handle administrative tasks for student onboarding and journey.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students and parents.
  • Maintain compliance and process adherence.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive sales skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology/Education preferred).
  • Experience in educational counselling or B2C sales.

  • External: Students, Parents, School Representatives
  • Internal: Academic/Non-Academic Teams, Regional Sales, and Support Teams
