Corporation Coordinator
Job Description
Provide supportive supervision and coordinate with the Ward team and other UPHC coordinators for daily project implementation and handholding support.
Prepare weekly action plans for the project team in coordination with the State Documentation Officer and program head.
Participate in state, corporation, and district-level task force meetings (e.g., DTFI, divisional reviews) and present project progress and community feedback.
Liaise with authorities for coordination, permissions, and meetings, keeping them updated on project updates, challenges, and support required.
Develop and review quarterly Ward Communication Plans in association with the State Documentation Officer.
Advocate with DIO and MoH for inclusion of communication actions and resource allocation in the PIP.
Facilitate linkage between community structures/CBOs/FBOs/MAS and the department/health officials for inclusion in task force meetings and forums.
Support UPHC coordinators on convergence with relevant departments.
Coordinate with capacity-building and monitoring agencies appointed by UNICEF.
Support roll-out of PRA exercises for identifying community structures, enablers, barriers, institutions, and influencers.
Guide UPHC coordinators in strengthening and capacity building of community organizations.
Conduct weekly visits to each UPHC for supervision and problem-solving, including HTH monitoring (10 households).
