Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Portfolio Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM UK entities.
- Manage a portfolio of UK client entities and coordinate day-to-day compliance activities.
- Assist clients with urgent or complex governance and compliance queries.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Draft board resolutions, board minutes, and statutory documentation.
- Assist in conducting and coordinating Board Meetings for client entities.
- File statutory forms with Companies House and ensure timely completion.
- Perform Person of Significant Control (PSC) assessments and complete required filings.
- Manage UK ad-hoc corporate transactions and special projects.
Documentation & Data Management
- Oversee accuracy and maintenance of client data in Company Records and Entity Management systems.
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder requests professionally and promptly.
Project & Process Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet annual and ad-hoc compliance deadlines.
- Facilitate internal and client calls for urgent assistance and project discussions.
- Apply project management capabilities to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
