Job Description

Key Accountability:-

  • Identifying potential clients (Building Material Companies) and making compelling concept presentations to them.
  • Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them
  • Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
  • Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands

Developing rapport with architects & interior designers for more business 

  • Negotiating and closing the deals with Building Materials brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, etc.
  •  Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry.
  •  Representing the company at Building Materials Exhibitions
  •  Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc.
