Job Description

  • Manage a defined territory of key groups and key accounts to drive consistent business growth.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with Resvera customers to enhance long-term partnership value.
  • Close and manage customer contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance guidelines.
  • Drive sales performance through increased distribution of the Resvera portfolio across assigned accounts.
  • Develop strategic business plans tailored to key groups and high-value accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with major customers to assess progress and identify opportunities.
  • Utilize financial and analytical tools for preparing customer proposals, submissions, and business cases.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department while preparing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track customer spending in line with contractual commitments and identify variances.
  • Set and achieve agreed sales, coverage, and cycle objectives consistently.
  • Execute targeted promotions aimed at assigned customer groups to achieve sales targets.
