Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets across defined segments
  • Focus on NTPC (Delhi, Raipur, Barh), L&T Corporate (India & International), DAP/NPK plants, service-based industries, drinking water industry, and commodity chemicals
  • Lead initiatives for new chemical opportunities and defoamer business across various industrial sectors
  • Drive international business development based on organizational priorities

Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and cultivate high-value corporate accounts and build long-term business relationships
  • Explore and capture new business opportunities in targeted industrial segments
  • Represent the company in key meetings, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and business reach

Tender & GeM Process Management

  • Lead end-to-end management of tendering activities including GeM and other institutional platforms
  • Identify upcoming tender opportunities, guide preparation of documents, and coordinate submissions with GeM Executive
  • Centralize tender operations at the Head Office, involving regional teams for commercial bid decisions
  • Ensure the entire tendering workflow is managed and tracked through ChembondFlux portal

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and strategic risks
  • Maintain detailed tracking of sales metrics including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic inputs to senior management
