Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Selling: Drive concept-based selling of corporate offsites, adventure travel programs, and engagement products/services focused on corporate team engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to identify prospects and set up meetings with potential corporate clients.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow both existing and new sales accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Sales Channel Development: Develop and strengthen sales channels for sustained business growth and market penetration.
  • Industry Research: Research the adventure travel, engagement activities, and corporate travel industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Quotations & Proposals: Prepare customized quotations and detailed business proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data, client information, and reporting records.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms and establish agreements and contracts with corporate clients and partners.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed terms.
  • Vendor & Resource Management: Identify, manage, and develop resources including hotels, resorts, local suppliers, campsites, insurance providers, trainers, and other service partners.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the company.
  • BTL Activities Execution: Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for sales meetings and client pitches.
  • Event Participation & Leadership: Attend corporate events as an Event Leader, Planner, or in other skilled capacities to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
