Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Resort Sales Executive/ Resort Sales Sr. Executive/ Resort Sales Asst Manager to join our sales team at Ahmedabad & Cochin location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the hotel.

*Key Responsibilities: *

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Resort revenue

- Responsible for Corporate & Room selling.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services

- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager

*Requirements: *

- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

*Preferred Qualifications: *

- Experience with hotel sales software and systems

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends

- Certification in hospitality sales or a related field
