Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.

Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high client satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or complaints.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategic account plans to meet client goals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular, proactive meetings with clients to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future needs.

Preferred Candidates

  • Male candidates are preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B client handling
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Should be flexible to visit the clients
