Job Description

We are looking for a chef to join our team to manage the kitchen operations, serve the guests with an amazing hospitality experience.

  • Experience in the kitchen is beneficial but not essential.
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Helping in discovering new recipes.
  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes, and the HACCP standards.
  • Ensuring food is served on time and well-presented.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Helping to manage kitchen staff.
  • Working well under pressure and within time limits.
  • Assisting with inventory and sales budget preparation.
  • Taking the role of a Barista if required.
