Job Description

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking:

  • Assist in discovering and developing new recipes.
  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and HACCP standards.
  • Ensure food is served on time, well-presented, and meets quality standards.

Kitchen Operations & Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and sales budget preparation.

Team Support & Staff Management:

  • Help manage and coordinate kitchen staff effectively.
  • Work well under pressure and within time constraints.
  • Take ownership of tasks assigned and provide creative solutions.

Barista & Beverage Assistance:

  • Perform Barista duties when required, including beverage preparation.

Guest Service & Hospitality:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Exhibit personal integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
