Conversational UI Developer

 Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•   Design and develop conversational user interfaces for chatbots and voice assistants.

•   Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly conversational flows.

•   Integrate conversational interfaces with various platforms such as web, mobile, and messaging apps.

•   Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance conversational capabilities.

•   Test and optimize conversational UI designs to ensure high performance and user satisfaction.

•   Monitor and analyse user interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.

•   Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational UI development.

Qualifications:

•   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Interaction Design, or a related field.

•   Proven experience as a Conversational UI Developer or similar role.

•   Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•   Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.

•   Strong understanding of NLU and NLP concepts.

•   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•   Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•   Experience with voice UI design for platforms like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

•   Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

•   Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods.

•   Experience with API integration and backend services.
