Control systems Engineer

Role Description:

• Ideate and develop chassis concept designs for ARAS systems
• Build prototypes, conduct simulations and testing, and analyze data to validate concepts
• Develop and implement control algorithms and perform hardware interfacing to support concept functionality
• Improve designs to resolve issues related to performance, durability, reliability, or manufacturability
• Validate and integrate ARAS designs into full product development and ensure timely market delivery
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on simulations and test results at various stages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology requirements are embedded into design for performance targets
• Develop and update standards for simulation and testing, leveraging both internal R&D and global research insights
