Job Description:

We're looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Contracts Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring data accuracy, and providing critical insights to global stakeholders. Your expertise will directly contribute to robust contract representation and management processes.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Contract Collection & Analysis: Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to meticulously collect contracts and their corresponding key metrics. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting contract owners in understanding contract context and parameters, and providing challenges when necessary to ensure adequate and homogeneous representation.
  • Data Management & Migration: Perform contract storage and migration activities with exceptional attention to detail. Identify and resolve data quality issues, including inconsistencies and missing values. Execute data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and validate migrated data against source data as per specified business requirements.
  • Reporting & Automation: Build comprehensive dashboards that generate value (for management, follow-up, control, etc.) for key stakeholders, leveraging data from contract collection and representation. Drive the automatization of quality checks, both for individual contracts and for global consistency.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain detailed documentation of contract representation rules and establish robust change management protocols for smooth transitions. Collaborate with global stakeholders to study, research, and document ESM processes related to contract, demand, and risk management.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

  • Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills to connect and build effective working relationships with global counterparts and contract owners. Ensure contract owners clearly understand key concepts and how to accurately transpose information into relevant tools.
  • Accuracy & Rigor: Exhibit high levels of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and logical thinking throughout the contract migration process. Apply strict adherence to established processes for contract representation and management to achieve reliability and homogeneity, which are prerequisites for global follow-up. Possess a comprehensive understanding of contracts to ensure their adequate representation.
  • Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Possess a basic understanding of risk management principles. Apply strong problem-solving abilities to identify gaps and proactively address them, with the ultimate goal of achieving comprehensive and accurate contract representation.
