Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming revenue-generating contracts according to established procedures.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in SAP.
  • Support activities related to customer account management, contract validation and execution, order processing, and product provisioning.
  • Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process.
  • Respond to incoming queries and provide timely status reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Credit, and Deal Desk, to ensure smooth contract processing.
  • Participate in quarter-end activities, system testing, business continuity, and projects.
  • Adhere to company procedures and processes to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in contract operations, order management, or quote-to-cash processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones (APAC / EMEA / NA) as needed.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and accuracy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of commercial-level contract processes and compliance requirements.
