Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support Procurement Category Leaders in assessing upcoming renewals and new procurement requests.
  • Determine involvement of Strategic Sourcing for vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and RFP activities.
  • Manage inbound passive requests and outbound contract-related activities such as renewal reminders and contract tracking.
  • Lead contract status and tracking meetings with business owners, finance teams, and stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive reminders to ensure timely execution of contract obligations including audits, certifications, and SLA reporting.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing activities such as price benchmarking and RFP preparation.
  • Execute day-to-day contract operations including approvals, contract execution, and signature facilitation.
  • Design, track, validate, and maintain contract-related data across multiple systems.
  • Ensure compliance with contract lifecycle management standards and governance processes.
  • Train and guide teams on contract management best practices.
  • Support vendor management and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
