Contract Management Specialist

Company: Kiya.ai Job Mode: Hybrid Shift Timing: Flexible (Day) Relocation: Allowed for candidates outside Mumbai

Direct Responsibilities:

As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and standardizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the CIB (Corporate and Institutional Banking) scope. This involves close coordination with various internal teams and meticulous record-keeping.

  1. Catalogue of Services & Agreements Standardization: Coordinate the standardization of service catalogs and agreements.
  2. SLA Drafting Coordination: Work with global and local CIB Managers/Owners to draft comprehensive Catalogs of Services.
  3. Inventory Maintenance: Maintain a detailed inventory of contracts and/or service catalogs.
  4. Management Reporting: Produce regular management reports on the SLA inventory and/or Catalogue of Services.

Location Service Level Agreements:

  1. Drafting SLAs: Draft Service Level Agreements for services provided to CIB clients.
  2. Template Familiarity & Legal Compliance: Become proficient with the Service Level Agreement template, particularly required insertions, and track any country-specific legal requirements.
  3. Schedule of Services Understanding: Familiarize yourself with the Schedules of Services and understand the requirements for completing these documents. This includes identifying services, costs, service level parameters, and any special conditions, leaning on Cluster Leads for information.

Contributing Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Change Tracking: Keep track of all technical changes (services, dates, SLA, etc.) and update all Service Level Agreements accordingly (if applicable).
  2. Sign-off Coordination: Coordinate closely with the India TAX team, Business Heads, and Managers for obtaining Catalogue of Services sign-off, if applicable.
  3. Liaison: Liaise with the onshore ITO Q&E SLA Indus team and program manager.
  4. Activity Logging & Reporting: Maintain a log of all activities and produce corresponding management reports.
  5. Validation & Execution: Coordinate and follow up for SLA validation and signatures, subsequently ensuring the execution of the SLA if applicable.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with Service Level Agreements / contracts terminologies.
  3. Ability to work with large inventories of contracts and data.
  4. Prior experience in contract drafting.
  5. Knowledge of Intra-Group Service Level Agreements and contract administration.
  6. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
