Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Manage daily operations of the Contingent Worker Program
  • Support hiring managers with CW guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and approve new worker requests
  • Act as the first point of escalation for contingent worker queries and issue resolution
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with stakeholders
  • Partner with internal Adobe teams on quarterly reviews and project-based efforts
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure updates are clearly communicated
  • Drive audit processes and support ad hoc projects
  • Ensure high levels of client service and stakeholder satisfaction

You Have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • High learning agility and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-first mindset
