Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ownership & Creation

• Own a specific content stream such as Social Media, Blogs & Thought Leadership, AI Prompt/LLM Optimization, Email Nurture, or Community Growth
• Research, draft, and publish 4–6 content pieces per sprint including posts, threads, guides, prompts, and landing page copy
• Experiment with different hooks, formats, and angles to maximize reach and engagement

AI-Driven Content Development

• Use AI tools and workflows including ChatGPT, Claude, GPT-4o, Midjourney, and internal prompt libraries
• Build and document reusable AI prompt playbooks for long-term team use

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to convert content into visuals, demos, and product walkthroughs
• Work directly with founders to receive feedback and align content with business goals

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and HubSpot
• Use insights from analytics to refine content strategy in subsequent sprints

Work Style & Process

• Operate in two-week sprint cycles with rapid experimentation and retrospectives
• Maintain high creative autonomy while delivering measurable outcomes
