• As a Program Manager in Content Operations at YouTube, you will be responsible for managing content optimization programs, integrating them across a comprehensive roadmap, and overseeing stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless operations across multiple teams. You will play a pivotal role in tracking content quality metrics and influencing content operations, helping to drive insights, support planning, and ensure deadlines are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in program management.
• Experience translating content analysis and insights for non-editorial content audiences.
• Experience in communications, including internal and executive communications.
• Experience with stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience structuring programs or content with global scale.
• Excellent project management skills and experience in managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage content operations programs to measure, track, and report on content quality metrics.
• Collaborate with platform and tooling teams to influence roadmaps and automate content operations.
• Deliver insights and reports to leadership to influence priorities for quarterly and annual planning and provide analysis for business reviews with stakeholders.
• Partner with Vertical, Design, and Metric teams to manage resource allocation and ensure quality management.
• Identify operational challenges and work with stakeholders to address them, ensuring communications and milestones are managed effectively.
