Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and execute content strategies that align with our brand, business goals, and target audience. The ideal candidate will oversee content planning, creation, publishing, and performance across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and digital campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, editorial expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of blog posts, articles, product descriptions, case studies, whitepapers, and other formats.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and editors (in-house or freelancers).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and product teams to develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
- Ensure content consistency in tone, voice, and style across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee SEO optimization of all web content to improve organic search performance.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and iterate strategy accordingly.
- Manage and update CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore).
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.
- Ensure all content meets legal and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in content creation, management, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and manage multi-channel content strategies.
- Strong command of English writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in B2B or B2C content roles, especially in tech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
- Understanding of visual content formats (infographics, videos) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
