Content Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research within the devotional, mythology, and spiritual space to create rich, meaningful content
• Lead and manage a team of in-house and freelance content writers, editors, and content contributors
• Develop and execute monthly and seasonal editorial calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Plan and oversee the creation of content formats like eBooks, infographics, quizzes, and marketing copy in both English and Hindi
• Set and maintain quality benchmarks for all published content; implement effective editing processes
• Review and approve articles for cohesiveness, originality, and alignment with brand voice
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for engagement across digital platforms
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goals
• Use content analytics and user insights to refine content performance and improve outcomes
• Manage timelines, resource planning, and content pipelines for timely publishing
• Mentor junior writers, provide structured feedback, and build scalable team processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in content writing/editing, preferably in digital publishing or devotional/spiritual domains
• Strong leadership and team management skills ability to guide, mentor, and grow a content team
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Hindi
• Deep interest in Indian culture, mythology, and spirituality
• Experience in setting up scalable content operations and workflows
• Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics , and content performance tools
• Highly process-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
