Job Description
- Create content marketing strategies and marketing plans for multi-channel content distribution
- Strategize content formats, templates, and SEO-optimized content
- Execute processes for Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and landing page optimization
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process flows for content platforms
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to implement DXP, DAM, and CMS solutions
- Assist in change management and adoption of new tools/processes
- Understand and design workflows for DAM/CMS and integration with marketing components
- Evaluate and document business processes, existing workflows, and systems
- Develop use cases and manage requirement changes
- Manage and mentor a team of content management specialists, including hiring, training, and task allocation
- Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in content management
