Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled freelance translators who are proficient in Malayalam

As a Malayalam Translator, you will play a crucial role in bringing a wide range of content to Malayalam-speaking audiences while maintaining the authenticity, tone, and style of the original material

If you are fluent in reading, writing/typing, and communicating in Malayalam and are seeking a flexible, remote role, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Translate a variety of materials including websites, marketing content, articles, books, and other media from English (or other languages) into Malayalam
• Ensure accuracy in translation, maintaining the original meaning, context, and tone, while adapting to the target audience
• Create captivating, culturally relevant content that speaks to Malayalam-speaking audiences, ensuring they feel the heart of the message
• Proofread and review translations to ensure top-tier quality and consistency

Who You Are:

• A native Malayalam speaker with a deep understanding of Malayalam culture, idioms, and nuances
• Fluent in English (or other languages as per the project needs) with excellent writing and editing skills
• A wordsmith who is passionate about language and storytelling
• Experienced in translation (bonus if you have expertise in legal, medical, technical, or literary translation)
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for consistency, tone, and style
