We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator + Instructional Designer to join our team at the client site in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing educational content and designing instructional materials that enhance learning and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and effective content for various training programs and client needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Design instructional materials using best practices in instructional design methodologies.
• Utilize multimedia tools to create interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training materials and make necessary revisions.
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and refine content accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends in content creation and instructional design.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in content creation and instructional design.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
