Job Description
- Should have a deep knowledge Microsoft/Forefront Identity Manager implementation and maintenance Good understanding of MIM / FIM architecture overview and its components.
- Experience in managing the inbound and outbound Synchronization flows across multiple data sources.
- Experience in integrating out of the box connectors not limited to SAP, ERP, JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, etc. and in creating custom connectors.
- Experience in configuring and managing the Management Agents.
- Experience in managing the MIM / FIM Service and the Portal.
- Strong handson development skills in designing workflows, rules, roles, notifications, certifications, custom connectors, policies, entitlements etc,
- Ability to identify appropriate approach when working on complex technical issues.
- Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge on the Operations life cycle and activities.
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
