Consultant.Paediatric

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address pediatric healthcare issues and organizational needs.
• Meet with management and clinical staff to understand project requirements and patient care goals.
• Collect necessary data using interviews, surveys, and other tools for situational and clinical analysis.
• Conduct situational and data analysis to identify issues or areas for improvement in pediatric care.
• Present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.
• Formulate and implement plans to achieve project objectives and overcome challenges.
• Arrange or provide training for staff affected by clinical or operational changes.
• Monitor outcomes, evaluate situations periodically, and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay updated on industry developments, medical research, and best practices in pediatrics.
