We are inviting applications for the role of Consultant -Workday HCM Functional

This role serves as a strategic liaison betweenHR,ESS (Enterprise Services & Solutions, formerly GBS), and ourIT Development Factory. The consultant will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, guiding the HRIT roadmap, and ensuring alignment between HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Business-IT Translation:Act as a bridge between HR/ESS and IT, translating business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for the Workday platform.

  • HRIT Roadmap Oversight:Drive the evolution of the HRIT roadmap in collaboration with HR and ESS leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of initiatives within your assigned areaprimarilyCore HCM.

  • Solution Delivery:Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality Workday solutions, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and in-budget execution in partnership with IT and external vendors.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Maintainstrong relationships with HR and ESS stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with progress,timelycommunication, and effective management of expectations across all Workday-related initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyand implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices tooptimizethe employeeexperience and operational efficiency within the Workday ecosystem.

  • Governance & Compliance:Ensure adherence to HRIT governance, change management protocols, data privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/ skills

  • Workday experience across multiple modules,primarilyCore HCM.

  • Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration.

  • Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative mindset and ability to influence without authority.

  • Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Bachelor%27s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Workday certification(s) preferred.

  • Provenexpertisein WorkdayCore HCM, Core & Adv Compensation, Benefits,Recruiting,Absence Management,Talent Management, Payroll.

  • Strongtrack recordof leading HR technology transformations and system implementations.

  • Deep knowledge of HR systems strategy, governance, and optimization.

  • Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in HR processes.

  • Strong project management and change leadership skills.

  • Expertisein data analytics, workforce insights, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Language Skills:Fluency in English isrequiredadditionallanguages are a plus
