Consultant Urologist & Nephrologist

Key Responsibilities

For Urologists:

• Examine, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform surgeries, including abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal procedures as necessary.
• Prescribe medications for infections, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and related conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests using specialized equipment (e.g., X-rays, fluoroscopes, catheters).
• Provide consultations, guide junior staff, and collaborate with other specialists.

For Nephrologists:

• Diagnose and treat kidney disorders, including acute and chronic renal conditions.
• Manage dialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
• Monitor and treat systemic complications related to kidney disease.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, prescribe medications, and guide patient management plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
