Inviting applications for the role of Consultant SAP_ERP

The SAP ERP Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and ensuring the optimal performance of SAP modules within the organization. This role works closely with key stakeholders and technical teams to enhance business processes, deliver system improvements, and support ongoing SAP operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Functional Analysis & Solution Design

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SAP ERP solutions.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.

  • Recommend best-practice SAP processes and contribute to business process optimization.

SAP System Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure SAP modules based on business requirements (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).

  • Perform system integrations, data migration, testing, and validation.

  • Support full-cycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP issues.

  • Diagnose system errors and propose corrective actions.

  • Ensure system stability and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

Documentation & Training

  • Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.

  • Train end users and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

  • Support change management activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with business leaders, project managers, developers, and integration teams.

  • Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces.

  • Participate in project planning and provide effort estimations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP functionality within relevant modules.

  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.

  • Proficiency in SAP configuration, integration points, and business process mapping.

  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • SAP certification in relevant module(s).

  • Experience with S/4HANA systems and migrations.

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate methodology, or ABAP debugging.

  • Industry-specific SAP experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

  • The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.

  • Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security peroblems

  • Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
