End Users Management Services

• Software and Application Patching: Manage upgrades, updates, and patching for software and applications across all endpoints.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements via monthly patching and handle zero-day vulnerabilities via expedited patching.
• Antivirus Management: Oversee antivirus updates, manage device compliance, and respond to potential malware threats.
• Device Management policies using Intune(any Customer recommended tool).
• Troubleshooting of end user workstation issues - Software/Hardware remotely
• Reporting compliance status
• Identity and Access Management
• Manage user identities, access to systems, and integration with privileged access management platforms. Ensure compliance with security policies and support periodic reviews.
• Handle Leavers/Joiners/Update activities for end points in AD
