Consultant - Hyperautomation

• Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Integrate SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions with Microsoft 365 and external systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best-in-class UI/UX
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of all developed solutions
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides
• Maintain and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, resolving issues and improving efficiency
• Conduct code reviews and follow Agile development practices
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and bring innovation into the development process

Essential Skills/Experience

• 4-8 years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies
• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with SPFx and the Power Platform
• Proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Expertise in developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot
• Experience with REST APIs, PnP JS, and SharePoint Framework integrations
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architectures
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell

- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD) - Good to have

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
