Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Java Production Support Engineer
In this role, We are seeking a highly skilled Java Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies, distributed systems, and debugging complex environments. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to ensuring system stability and performance in production.
Responsibilities
Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Spring Boot microservices and distributed environments.
Develop, maintain, and debug REST APIs and backend services.
Perform SQL queries, optimization, and database troubleshooting to support application functionality.
Collaborate with UI teams to resolve frontend-backend integration issues.
Monitor system health using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and other monitoring tools.
Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and message streaming.
Deploy, manage, and debug applications in Kubernetes-based environments.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Document support processes, incident resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Experience in debugging distributed microservices.
Familiarity with UI technologies for troubleshooting integration issues.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of ELK stack and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Strong debugging skills and solid backend fundamentals.
