Work with the Intelligent Automation team to design, build, and deliver business process automation solutions. You will use RPA and AI based workflow automation tools to reduce manual effort, create reusable automation frameworks, and help scale automation adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
.Building, testing, and deploying automation workflows using tools like Amazon Bedrock Flows, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, and related scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
.Supporting automation delivery projects, from design and implementation through to post-deployment support.
.Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
.Maintaining and improving reusable automation components and frameworks.
.Providing consultation on automation feasibility and solutioning for new use cases.
.Explore and apply AI-based technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to enhance automation solutions. A strong interest in developing knowledge in this area is expected, and prior engineering experience with these technologies will be considered

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Expert in RPA, Scripting language.
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Strong Analytical skill.
.Experience in business process automation, software engineering or related fields. Experience in a Business Analyst role will be considered an advantage.
.Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and acceptance testing, with the ability to design and validate automated workflows.
.Familiarity with test automation practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and quality assurance frameworks is highly desirable.
.Hands-on experience with RPA and workflow tools (UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, AWS Bedrock Flows).
.Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell).
.Knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture, with experience integrating automation solutions into AWS-based infrastructure.
.Practical knowledge or experience applying AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Predictive AI, Agentic AI) to automation use cases is a strong advantage.
.Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
.Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
