Job Title: Consultant – Admin Support (Travel Desk)

Location: Mumbai (Dadar)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the administration and travel desk operations. The role involves managing employee travel arrangements, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth processing of travel claims and insurance-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, cabs, and visas as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with employees, travel vendors, and airlines for itinerary changes, cancellations, and updates.
  • Ensure accurate sharing of traveler details with airlines and travel partners.
  • Process and verify travel claims and coordinate with the Finance team for timely settlements.
  • Maintain trackers for bookings, cancellations, refunds, and claim status.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on travel costs, trips, vendor performance, and claim timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners.
  • Assist in managing insurance-related claims (GPA/GMC/GTL) including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Handle monthly insurance endorsements (employee additions/deletions) and coordinate with insurers/brokers.

Key Skills:

  • Basic understanding of travel booking and coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendor coordination

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
