Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Requirement Analysis & Design

• Understand customer expectations and perform detailed design.
• Analyze requirements of assigned modules/components in line with overall project scope.
• Assist Analysts & Designers in module analysis and design.

Development & Implementation

• Implement and develop code as per design specifications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time with high quality.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist in preparation of Integration Test Plans.
• Support integration testing and system testing activities.
• Resolve defects identified through peer reviews, validation, and testing.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure code quality as per organizational processes and reduce rework.
• Contribute to reusable code and components.

Communication & Reporting

• Participate in customer calls.
• Provide status reports as per defined timelines.

Process Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures such as timesheet and leave management.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in learning initiatives as per organizational plans.
• Guide junior developers in their roles.
