Key Responsibilities

• Implement Workday HCM and Compensation modules to optimize business processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday implementations to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Workday features
• Monitor and troubleshoot Workday system issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain performance
• Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements to continuously improve system capabilities
• Assist in developing project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to align Workday solutions with financial processes and reporting
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve compensation strategies using Workday analytics
• Document and maintain detailed records of Workday configurations and customizations for future reference
