Role & Responsibilities:

Project & Requirement Analysis

• Undertake short-term and long-term clinical or operational projects to address diverse medical and organizational needs.
• Meet with management and relevant clinical staff to understand requirements and areas needing intervention.

Data Collection & Assessment

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and other assessments to gather essential clinical and operational data.
• Perform situational and data analysis to identify medical, procedural, or systemic issues.

Reporting & Recommendations

• Present findings clearly to senior executives and medical leaders.
• Provide actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
• Formulate structured plans to implement suggested improvements and handle potential objections.

Training & Implementation

• Arrange or conduct training programs for staff impacted by changes in processes or protocols.
• Support the adoption of updated clinical standards or workflow improvements.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Periodically evaluate implemented changes to ensure effectiveness.
• Make necessary adjustments based on performance and feedback.
• Stay updated with advancements in critical care, medical technology, and healthcare practices.
